蓝色光致发光钙钛矿量子点的制备及光致发光性能研究

摘 要: |
本文通过热注入法合成蓝光发射钙钛矿量子点,并通过对不同反应温度和氢溴酸(HBr)刻蚀研究其对量子点的光致发光(PL)的影响。研究发现,随着反应温度的升高,合成量子点的波长逐渐增加,因此可合理利用反应温度调控量子点的发射波长。掺杂钕后的量子点溶液波长变短,温度稳定性、水稳定性都得到了提升,证明钕元素的掺杂会致钙钛矿量子点光致发光峰位蓝移。利用加HBr方法对量子点进行蚀刻,刻蚀后的量子点溶液光致发光波长更短,半峰宽更窄。 |

The Synthesis of Blue Emitting Perovskite Quantum Dots and the Studying on Its Photoluminescence Performance

In this work, we synthesized blue emitting perovskite quantum dots by hot injection method. The photoluminescence properties were studied by control the synthesis temperature and adding HBr to passivated the quantum dots. The emitting wavelength was redshifted with the reaction temperature increasing. The ideal emitting wavelength can be obtained by control the reaction temperature. The quantum dots were etched by adding HBr. The photoluminescence spectra of the etched quantum dots were blue-shifted, and its full wave at half maximum (FWHM) became narrow. |
